Canceling your subscription

To cancel your subscription, use our Cancellation Portal.

Log in to your account to cancel. After cancelling, you can still use your subscription until the end of your billing period.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

As per our Terms & Conditions, which you accepted when signing up for iq-love services, all subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. During your sign-up process, we clearly presented you with both the trial price ($0.99) and your selected subscription rate that would apply after the trial period.

As per Section 6.1 of our Terms & Conditions, all subscriptions begin with a 7-day trial period for $0.99, which automatically converts to your selected subscription rate after the trial period ends. Upon sign-up, we sent you a welcome email which included your subscription details:

• Your subscription terms and conditions
• Information about upcoming charges
• Trial period duration
• Post-trial subscription rate
• Cancellation instructions

According to Section 6.4 of our Terms & Conditions, your subscription will renew automatically to maintain uninterrupted access to all premium features. The renewal process described in Section 6.3 includes:

• Automatic billing on your subscription renewal date
• Price lock guarantee for existing subscribers
• Renewal at your current subscription rate

You can cancel your subscription through the self-service portal.

To avoid future charges, you must cancel before your renewal date. As stated in Section 7.3, there are no refunds for partial or unused subscription periods after renewal.

Updating email address

To update your email address:

1. Log in to iq-love.
2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Open the "Profile" tab.
4. Update your email address and save your changes.

If you need assistance or prefer to have us update your email for you, please contact our dedicated support team at [email protected]. Just let us know your current email address and the new one you'd like to use.

Where is my refund?

Please note that your eligibility for refund is defined in Section 7 (Refund Policy) of our Terms & Conditions, which you accepted upon sign-up.

As per Section 7.4 of our Terms & Conditions, once approved, refund processing typically takes 3 business days from our side. While most refunds appear in your account within 1-2 business days after processing, in some instances it might take up to 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

For currency conversion cases (Section 7.5.2):

• Exchange rates are determined by your bank or card issuer
• Any currency conversion fees from your bank are not refundable
• You may see separate currency conversion charges on your bank statement

Once the refund has been issued from our system, we are unable to monitor its status in your bank's processing system. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, we recommend contacting your bank with your transaction details.

Please note the refund will be returned to the original payment method, and we cannot issue refunds to any other payment method but the original one that was used upon sign-up for our services.

In case your card is expired or blocked, your financial institution should still receive and credit money back to your account balance.

I didn't authorize a subscription or recurring charge

This subscription policy is part of our Terms & Conditions, which you accepted when signing up for iq-love services. During your sign-up process, we clearly presented you with both the trial price ($0.99) and your selected subscription rate that would apply after the trial period, requiring your explicit acknowledgment before proceeding.

When you signed up for iq-love, you agreed to our Terms & Conditions (Section 4.1), which includes authorization for automatic payments and subscription renewals. As stated in Section 6.3, we use PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, and billing occurs automatically on subscription renewal dates.

For clarity on pricing, Section 6.2 outlines our standard subscription plans, and Section 6.1 details how the trial transitions to regular pricing:

• Day 1-7: $0.99 total (trial period)
• Day 8 onwards: Your selected subscription rate applies
• You have the option to cancel before the standard rate begins

I was unaware of the charges

iq-love is a premium subscription-based service. To create an iq-love account, it's essential to provide your email address and select a payment method. You'll also be prompted to choose a subscription type, which will be displayed on the screen. You won't be able to proceed without selecting a subscription plan and agreeing to it.

Additionally, upon registration, we send a comprehensive welcome email containing all the pertinent subscription details and instructions on how to manage your account.
